Work Rate Agency is an independent football management agency based in Belgrade, Serbia. It was created around a simple idea: a player's career deserves more than occasional representation.

We combine football knowledge, performance analysis, market understanding and continuous personal involvement to help players develop and make better career decisions.

Nikola Paunović

Nikola built his professional football experience during his years at InStat Scout, working within the company's management and collaborating directly with football clubs.

A significant part of his work involved club relationships, negotiations and contracts, giving him first-hand insight into how clubs operate, make decisions and evaluate opportunities in the football market.

At Work Rate, his particular strengths include club relationships, negotiations, identifying the right opportunities and structuring career moves that make sense for a player's long-term development.

Marko Marinković

Marko has been connected to football throughout his life and brings a deep understanding of the game, scouting and player development.

One of his particular strengths is detailed player and match analysis — identifying important details in a player's game, recognising areas for improvement and helping players understand what they can develop to reach the next level.

His approach is personal, detailed and long-term. He continuously follows players, their performances and development, and contributes to career planning and the important decisions that shape their progression.
