Dušan Pavlović
Dušan Pavlović's career has been built step by step: from FK Zemun in Serbia's third tier, through a short stage at FK TSC and Radnički Niš, to FK Jablonec and European football.
At Zemun he grew into a senior footballer. Radnički Niš brought him the demands of the Serbian top division — stronger opponents, higher standards and the consistency required to hold a place in a first team.
The move to FK Jablonec in 2026, a transfer reported at approximately €800,000, took him abroad for the first time, into a new league, a new football culture and a new level of daily competition. European matches followed.
The sporting achievements belong to the player. Our role is to work alongside him — analysing, preparing and planning each career decision with the long term in view.

Marko Marinković has worked alongside Dušan since the early stages of his career, through FK Zemun, a short stage at FK TSC, Radnički Niš and the move to FK Jablonec.
That work has meant following his development match by match, planning the direction of his career, being present for the major decisions and handling the transfer process.
None of it replaces what the player does on the pitch. It exists so that every decision around him is made with information, patience and a long-term view.
